OFFICE

The office is open from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Closed one hour for lunch.

CHECK-OUT TIME

12:00 PM.

PETS

including cats, must be on a leash at all times. AN ELECTRONIC LEASH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Owners must clean up after their pets. Please do not leave pets unattended outside or leave pet food outside. Pets are not allowed in any of the park buildings. The ONLY place that a leash is not required is in Dog Run. To avoid injury to others, please do not attach clotheslines, dog leashes or any other all-purpose lines to anything other than your own rig.

FRIENDLY HOUR/SOCIAL HOUR

is 4:00 PM in the Activity Center, a time for socializing, greeting new arrivals and announcements. Ice cream socials on Sundays.

INCOMING MAIL

Is to be sent to the local post office:

We accept incoming mail from Escapees Mail Service, ERPU, and Annual Leases in the office and post the site # on the board.

OUTGOING MAIL

May be placed in the rural mailbox in front of Manager’s Office.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY

Please do not infringe on others by parking your vehicles on or walking through another site. Please keep all your personal items (i.e., satellite dishes, drying racks, cars, etc.) inside the boundaries of your site.

QUIET TIME

10:00 PM to 7:30AM.

TRASH

Please put trash in plastic bags and place them in a dumpster.

LAUNDRY

is located at the Activity Center.

EMERGENCY

Call *911 from a cell phone for fire, police or medical emergencies. If you are unable to leave your rig, honk your horn and turn on your lights.

SEWER CONNECTIONS

Must be threaded connectors or rubber donut (may be purchased at the office). We are on a septic systems, which would be damaged by harsh chemicals like formaldehyde, nitrate detergents, bleach, antifreeze, etc

All TOWED TRAILERS AND FIFTH WHEELS

Must have a vehicle capable of towing said unit out of the park throughout the rental period. YOU MUST NOT LEAVE YOUR RV UNATTENDED FOR 24 HOURS OR MORE WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE MANAGEMENT.

CHILDREN

Ages 15 and younger must be supervised by parent or guardian.

OIL CHANGES

 Check at the office.

Check in/out Times

  • Check-in is at 1 p.m.
  • Check-out is at 11 AM.

Rules & Guidelines

  • Sites are limited to 6 people per site, regardless of age and including visitors.
  • One vehicle per site (please inquire about additional parking). There is a charge for additional boats or trailers.
  • Pets are welcome! Please keep them leashed and attended to at all times. Pets can never be outside by themselves, no crates allowed. We only allow dogs or cats, maximum 2 per site.
  • Dogs not allowed on pier or children’s beach.
  • Rottweilers, pit bulls, dobermans, chows and wolf hybrids are not permitted.
  • No firearms.
  • No fireworks or wood burning fires of any kind. Propane and charcoal only.
  • No tents or pop-up trailers.
  • We do not allow school bus conversions, homemade trailers, etc. The RV must be manufactured and certified as an RV.
  • No golf carts.
  • No hoverboards, electric scooters, electric bikes, etc. Regardless of age.
  • No drones. No flying over RV’s or park owned land.
  • The Florida Health Department requires a sewer donut. If you do not have one, we stock them in our resort store.
  • All visitors must check into the office and there is a charge of $5.00 plus tax per day.
  • We cannot accommodate clothes lines.
  • We do not allow any blowup or ground top pools at your site.
  • Our internet is intended for personal use. We do not guarantee download speeds. If you require the internet, we recommend you bring a hotspot device. Absolutely NO peer to peer uploading or downloading, or unauthorized downloading of copyrighted material allowed.

No Refund for Early Departure. Holiday rates also include 3 days before and 3 days after the holiday calendar date(s).
Mandatory evacuations will receive a credit toward a future stay.
Changes to a reservation can be made once, 15 days or more prior to arrival with a $25 fee. It then becomes non-refundable, you must keep the same number of days.
